These terms govern the use of the Keishal platform by dental clinics. By starting a pilot or signing an order form, the clinic agrees to these terms.
Service
Keishal provides an AI front desk for dental clinics on WhatsApp and connected channels. The service includes patient reactivation, booking, reminders, and reporting, as configured with the clinic.
Clinic obligations
- Provide accurate patient lists and practice information.
- Comply with local dental and data-protection regulations.
- Use the service only for patients that have consented to digital outreach.
Pricing
Pricing is per-clinic and tied to the size of the active patient list. Details are set in the order form agreed with the clinic.
Termination
Either side can terminate with 30 days written notice. Data is returned or deleted per the privacy policy on termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
