Keishal processes patient conversations on behalf of your clinic. Patient data stays inside the European Union. This page explains what we store, why, and for how long.
Data we process
Patient name, phone number, and the content of WhatsApp conversations required to book, confirm, or reschedule an appointment. Conversation metadata for audit and debugging. Nothing else.
Where the data lives
Inside the EU. Keishal runs on Mistral hosted in the region. Data is not transferred to processors outside the European Economic Area.
Retention
Conversations are retained for the duration agreed in the clinic contract, then deleted. Clinics can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR, patients can request access, correction, or erasure of their data through the clinic. Clinics can contact us directly at hola@keishal.com.
