Data deletion instructions

If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Keishal
Patient data is processed on behalf of the clinic, which is the controller. To request deletion:
- Contact your clinic, which will handle your request; or
- Write to privacy@keishal.com with your name, your clinic's name and your phone number, and we will pass your request to the clinic.
To stop receiving messages immediately, reply STOP to any message. Some data may be kept blocked where the law requires it.
If you are a platform user or contact
Artifex One is the controller of this data. Write to privacy@keishal.com from your contact address with the subject "Data deletion". We will verify your identity and handle the request within one month, unless a legal retention duty applies.
Confirmation
We will confirm in writing once your data has been deleted or blocked. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the AEPD (www.aepd.es) or, in Catalonia, the APDCAT.
