Cookie policy.
This policy explains which cookies keishal.com uses, why, and for how long. It covers only the data of people who visit the website. Patient data, which Keishal processes on behalf of each clinic, is governed by the Privacy policy and by the contract signed with the clinic.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are text files stored on a user's device when they visit a website, which let us recognise the browser, remember preferences and measure how the service performs.
Some cookies are personal data: they contain identifiers that, alone or combined with other data, single out a device, and so count as personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Keishal therefore does not describe information obtained through cookies as anonymous.
Where information collected through cookies constitutes personal data, our Privacy policy applies. It describes the purposes of processing, the legal bases, the recipients and the rights available to the user.
Cookies can be managed or deleted at any time from Cookie settings in the footer, or from the browser.
2. Legal basis and consent
Under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR:
- Strictly necessary cookies: installed without consent, being indispensable to provide the service the user asked for.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: require the user's prior, express and informed consent, obtained through the panel shown on first visit.
Consent is requested granularly, by category. The user may accept all, reject all, or select only the categories they want. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not restrict access to any content.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given, from Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
3. What we use them for
- Remembering the cookie decision and the chosen language.
- Measuring use of the site to understand how it is navigated and improve it.
- Measuring advertising performance: which visits come from an ad, and which end in a booked demo.
Keishal does not build user profiles or personalise commercial communications from this data.

5. How to disable them
Non-essential cookies can be turned on or off from Cookie settings in the footer. Every browser also allows cookie settings to be adjusted: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
6. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes. Persistent ones are kept for the period given in section 4. Third-party cookies are governed by their providers' policies: Google and Microsoft Clarity.
7. International transfers
Some of the providers listed in section 4 are established outside the European Economic Area, or may process data from third countries, in particular the United States of America. This is the case for Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation.
These transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, in particular the adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented where appropriate by additional security measures.

8. User rights
Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability, and withdraw consent already given.
To do so, write to privacy@keishal.com, stating the right being exercised and enclosing a copy of an identity document. Keishal will respond within one month of receiving the request.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if they consider that their data is not being processed in line with the applicable rules.
9. Changes
Keishal may amend this policy to reflect changes in legislation, guidance from supervisory authorities, or changes to the cookies in use. Users are encouraged to review it periodically. The date of the last update appears at the top.
