About Keishal
Keishal is the digital coworker for dental clinics. It runs the non-clinical work that front desks can't keep up with: patient communication, reactivation of inactive patients and business intelligence. It works on top of the practice management software the clinic already uses and on WhatsApp, with no migration.
What you'll do
- Build and improve the AI agents that hold personalised conversations with patients and book real appointments.
- Develop and maintain native connectors with dental practice management software, reading and writing data reliably.
- Work on the patient context layer and the logic that decides who to contact, when and with what message.
- Extend our integration with communication platforms.
- Keep the system secure, reliable and GDPR-compliant in production.
What we're looking for
- [3+] years of experience building production backend systems.
- Strong Python skills and solid experience with APIs, integrations and databases.
- Experience with LLMs in production is a strong plus.
- Ownership: you like taking a problem from idea to production and owning the result.
- English (working language of the tech team). Catalan and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
