Les clíniques dentals tenen dues opcions per resoldre la comunicació amb els seus pacients (recordatoris, recall, reactivació): comprar un software (Kokuai, mòduls de WhatsApp de Gesden, Nubimed…) i operar-lo internament, o externalitzar a un servei gestionat que opera per la clínica. El software és més barat en quota mensual però requereix temps i atenció de l'equip. El servei gestionat té quota més alta però zero esforç. L'elecció depèn de quant de temps té el teu equip, no de quant costa cada opció.
